REFUND POLICY – Odise
Effective from: 21st March 2026

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Odise, we stand behind the quality of our products with a limited satisfaction guarantee. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer refunds under the specific conditions detailed below.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Eligible Products
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging. Products within the specified guarantee period for each item. Products purchased directly through official Odise channels.

Non-Eligible Products
Opened, used or unsealed products. Products outside the guarantee period. Products purchased from unauthorised third parties. Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence. Personalised or special edition products.

GUARANTEE PERIODS
Refund periods vary by product and are clearly stated on each product page. All products: 14 calendar days. Sale or discounted products: 14 calendar days. The period begins from the date of purchase.

REFUND PROCESS
Step 1 - Request. Send an email to support.odise@gmail.com including your order number, reason for the refund, and photographs of the unopened product.

Step 2 - Authorisation. You will receive a response within 48 to 72 working hours. Only requests meeting all requirements will be processed.

Step 3 - Return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The specified return shipping method provided by Odise must be used. The product must arrive in perfect condition.

Step 4 - Processing. Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUND METHODS
PayPal: Refund to the same PayPal account used. Credit/Debit Card: Reversal to the same payment method, 5 to 10 working days. Bank Transfer: Valid UK bank details must be provided.

SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Exception: Only in cases of faulty products or shipping errors made by Odise.

EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL POLICIES
Faulty Products. If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, contact us within the first 48 hours and provide photographs of the fault. Odise will cover all shipping costs.

Shipping Errors. If you receive an incorrect product due to our error, you will receive a full refund including original shipping and free shipping of the correct product.

Special Offers. Black Friday and Cyber Monday: 7-day guarantee only. Clearance sales: All sales are final. Bundles and Sets: Must be returned complete.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS
Per-Customer Limits. Maximum 2 refunds per customer per calendar year. Customers with multiple refunds may be restricted from future purchases.

Partial Refunds. Partial refunds on individual products are not accepted. A 3.5% processing fee may apply depending on the payment method.

FRAUD AND ABUSE
Odise reserves the right to deny refunds to customers with a history of abuse, request official identification to verify identity, and restrict future purchases in confirmed cases of fraud.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Products shipped outside the UK have a reduced period of 15 days. Import and export charges are the customer's responsibility. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution. All disputes must be raised by email. Odise will seek to resolve all issues amicably before any legal proceedings. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

AMENDMENTS
Odise reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
